Executive Team
Zachary Lyons, CFA
Founder & Principal
Zachary Lyons is the Principal of Marlin Capital Partners, a Fund Management and Advisory firm located in Nassau, Bahamas. Previously, he was Chief Investment Officer at BankPro Limited, where he led the development of the investment product offering of BankPro’s “digital private banking” service. Zachary was a Senior Investment Analyst at Deltec Bank & Trust, where he co-built the Institutional Asset Management business, and led the management of the Deltec Dynamic Cash Management Fund. Prior to Deltec, Zachary worked as an Investment Specialist at BSI (Overseas) Bahamas branch. Zachary graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.Sc. in Economics, and a minor in Italian. He has been a CFA charter holder since 2019.

Andrew Pajakowski
Analyst
Andrew Pajakowski is the Analyst of Marlin Capital Partners, a Fund Management and Advisory firm located in Nassau, Bahamas. Previously, he was a part of the business operations team at Holowesko Partners Ltd., where he led the development of reporting and analysis automation as well as audited daily holdings and transactions. Andrew was a Supply Chain Specialist at Honda, where he worked to improve and automate new suppliers for upcoming vehicle releases and pre-production testing.
Andrew graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a B.Sc. in both Finance and Supply Chain Management.
Takara Roberts
Executive Assistant
Takara Roberts is the Executive Assistant of the Marlin Capital Partners team. Previously, she worked as an Accountant for Bahamas Bus & Truck Co. Ltd., where she handled both accounts receivable and accounts payable responsibilities and set up and managed a collections system. Prior to Bahamas Bus & Truck, Takara was the Operations Supervisor, IT at Fidelity Bank (Bahamas) Ltd. where she coordinated the Help Desk Support team as well as small projects, ran daily core processes for the bank, and implemented an inventory management system.
Takara graduated from The College of The Bahamas with a BBA in Computer Information Systems.

Richard Heathcote
Founder & Non-executive Director
Richard was the co-founder of Marlin Capital Partners, and now serves as Non-Executive Director. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer at BankPro Limited, where he was responsible for the overall management and launch of the digital banking and investment products. Prior to BankPro, Richard was the Head of Trading at Deltec Bank and Trust. Whilst there he rebuilt the bank’s multi-asset trading business culminating in over $20bn of flow in 2019. He also co-led the building of the bank’s capitalized Institutional Asset Management business with desk peak assets of $4bn. Prior to Deltec, Richard spent 10 years working as a trader at London funds Villay Asset Management and Amerro Asset Management.
Richard holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biological Sciences from the University of Newcastle.
